Before founding the firm, Paul served for 20 years in industry and consulting to companies. He is an award-winning HR professional, consulting leader, and recruiter. His experience includes serving with Datapoint Corporation, Motorola, Drake Beam Morin (DBM) and Blankenship & Seay Consulting Group (BSCG). Paul has been certified in DDI’s “Targeted Selection”, DBM’s “Success Factor – Hiring For the Right Fit”, Lominger’s “Career Architect”, and “SPIN Selling”. He is a member of the Birmingham Venture Club, the Birmingham Society for Human Resource Management, and the Kiwanis Club of Birmingham. A native of Birmingham, Paul has a B.S. Degree from the Air Force Academy and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas in San Antonio.
