May 2011 Update 

Bench Strength 

A common theme that comes up in my discussions with colleagues and company leaders is the need for bench strength. As we slowly move out of the most recent recession, we are seeing more action being taken by organizations to bring in and develop talent. In my opinion, this is a very good sign for our economy and our country.

We are currently working on a few Human Resources positions where there is strategic intent to hire and develop talent for the future. In addition to these excellent career opportunities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Mississippi, and western Massachusetts, we are always looking for talented HR professionals with both union and union avoidance backgrounds here in Alabama and elsewhere in the Southeast.
